Al is the Founder and President of MC Financial Services (MCFS), bringing more than four decades of financial industry experience to the individuals, families, and businesses he serves. He founded MCFS to provide something often difficult to find at large financial institutions: personal advice built on meaningful client relationships and a commitment to always putting clients’ interests first.

Before founding MCFS, Al held executive management positions with large financial services companies and gained extensive experience advising both individual and business clients. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics with honors from Rutgers University and holds the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations from The American College.

A problem solver at heart, Al focuses on making financial planning simple and understandable. He helps clients navigate retirement and other financial goals through practical, customized strategies designed to grow wealth, generate income, protect assets, and reflect their individual values.

Al and his wife, Deb, have lived in Louisville since 1995, where they raised their children, Chris and Micaela. He now enjoys another important role: grandfather to his first granddaughter, Rosie.
